Hiring Process

  1. Document screening

    • We review education, experience, language scores, and other factors for fit with the role.
    • We verify eligibility against the requirements stated for each opening.
    • We check the factual accuracy of the application.
    • We select interview candidates based on hiring headcount.
  2. Interviews (operations & leadership)

    • We assess professional knowledge and job performance capability.
    • We assess job fit and ability to adapt to the organization.
    • We holistically evaluate character, qualities, and competencies based on your application.
    • We assess problem-solving and communication skills in scenarios similar to real work situations.
  3. Documents to submit

    • Resume, cover letter, and portfolio (one set)
    • Academic and employment certificates, licenses—bring to the interview
